GENERAL
-By enlisting my services, I will assume that you have already reviewed and consented to all the rules outlined here.
-I retain the prerogative to decline any commission that exceeds my capabilities or makes me uncomfortable. Nonetheless, I am under no obligation to provide my reasons, especially if they are personal or I choose not to disclose them.
-If you prefer your commission not to be shared or wish to keep it confidential until a particular date, please make this clear when you commission me.

-Original Characters (as long as you provide a clear and suitable reference.)
-Anime, Movie, & Cartoon Characters
-Vtuber Illustration (Not L2D model)
-Stylized Painting of Real Person (family, gf/bf, gift for someone, etc.)

DON'Ts
-Robotic & Mecha
-Fury
-Any NSFW/LGBTQ+ Content

PAYMENTS
-Payment is required in advance, and I will commence work only after the payment has been received.
-The initial payment, following the presentation of Line Art (for full-rendered illustrations) or sketch (for line art illustrations), amounts to 50% of the total price.
-The prices provided here are applicable for personal use.
-All prices listed are base prices per character. Additional requests may vary the prices.
-After payment has been submitted, the client recognizes that the work and deliverables are digital in nature, and there are no physical products to be shipped or received.
-Clients are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

REVISIONS
-Major revisions can only be done 3 times during the sketch process.
-After approval of the sketch, substantial alterations are no longer permitted; only additions or minor adjustments can be requested.
-Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Completion time: 5-10 days. (The duration may extend due to personal real-life commitments or conflicting schedules involving various non-postponable activities.)
-The commission work will be done depending on the queue.
-The commission is considered completed upon delivery of the final work, pending client approval, or if there is no response from the client within 48 hours.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-I reserve the right to utilize the artwork for my portfolio, posts, and promotional purposes related to commissions. Any deviation from this will incur a privacy fee.
-You are not allowed to assert ownership of the artwork as your own creation.
-You are prohibited from reselling my artwork.
-Commissioned artwork may not be employed by clients for training, validating, or testing any neural network or artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

REFUNDS
-Once I have commenced work on your commission, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.
-If I have commenced work on your commission but later encounter difficulties in completing it, I will offer a partial refund based on the extent of progress made. Refunds will not exceed the total amount paid and will be determined accordingly.
-Clients have the right to request refunds 3 months after deadlines if the Work has not been delivered.

COMMUNICATION
-English is not my primary language, and I may not excel in verbal expression, so there might be occasional errors, and communication could be slightly slower. I kindly request your patience in our interactions.
-Please share all your requirements and provide commission details for each order. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
