Hi! I am an artist that mainly draws in anime style.
I kindly ask to all my clients to describe their request in detail. How would you like the characters pose, expression, costume, etc.
Background-Base Character simply means a piece that mainly focuses on the background but has character in it as well. I could say that it's about background 50 character 50 in terms of detail.
(Additional characters, jewelries, complex pose/layout, and background will all cost extra depending on their complexity.)
