The ToS are as follow. Any term can be discussed with me prior to the comission if you need a specific change but bear in mind that not everything would be accepted.
I. GENERAL TERMS
Please write in a clear manner and specify all the details you want/need for the piece. Provide with enough references if you have them. If not, remember the price can go up a bit.
Please behave nicely and always chat in a proper way. Ill behavior is not allowed and it might lead to me declining the comission.
II. ALLOWED ART
As I stated in my bio, my art is specifically chibi/cute so it might tend to that direction. I won't do any of the following:
- Excplicit Art
- Gore and or extremely bloody
- NSFW
- Realism
- Copyrighted material
III. PROCESS
WIPs will be showd at first stance if it's a full process art. If it's a sket it will be given in full at the completed comission stage.
WIPs also might be shown if something is unclear for me during the process or to show a specific matter.
Bear in mind that is not likely but events do ocurr and some comissions might be delayed. If that's the case I'll be contacting you as soon as possible and we'll discuss if you're able to wait or want a refund/cancel.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I want everyone to be happy with the final art piece but major changes might come with a fee (which depends on what changes the client wants). Minor changes might be a color change for a clothing piece or a specific area. It might also be some minor detail that I missed.
Remember to be clear about the comission and be very very clear if you want a some specific thing to be in the art piece.
V. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold shared rights to the produced drawing.
This means the client and me are able to do as follows:
- Promote it any place with proper credit.
- Display it in any place with proper credit.
- Post it in any place with proper credit.
The commissioner are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
Breaking the copyright clauses will retract all rights tot he art piece. Copywright infrangments would be as follows:
- Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially to promote themselves or make mony out of it wihtout crediting the artist.
- Take Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Alter the artwork without my consent.
Commercial rights may be discussed but bear in mind that they come with an additonal fee. Commercial rights means you'll be able to use them for lucrative actions such as sell prints, print them on memorabilia or make money on social networks.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
If any issue happens along the way I'll be able to cancel the order and you'll be refounded the money throught the site. If an infrangement occurs of the previously discussed ToS happens and I'm not fine with it, I'm allowed to determine if I want to finish the comission or not, meaning I'll still get paid for the time.
If I recieve a chargeback for the comission, I'll be sure to block you and report you to the site. Not allowing you to comission me again.
