Terms of Service
TAT : A couple days up to 2 weeks. ( fast ! )
- I have the rights to decline / cancel any request.
- Please send clear references. If you do not have a visual reference a very well-written description is fine as well. ( will charge extra if new / customized OC +50% base price )
- Before sending the payment I will send a quick sketch, if approved I will then ask for a first half of the payment and then the second half of the payment when finished.
( upfront payment preferred but not required ! )
- Will make as many changes as you need BEFORE starting the color process
- Will be updating you every step of the commission. ( sketch - lineart - flat colors - shading details - final artwork )
- No refunds once I start working on your commission.
- RUSH FEE AVAILABLE ( ready under 36 hours ) + 80% total price.
- Please be patient.- If payment is not made within 48 hours after delivering the sketch (UNLESS previously discussed) you will be BLACKLISTED and BLOCKED.
I can post the artwork anytime on my socials. ( I will always ask if that's okay ! I won't post them if you tell me not to ! )
- THE USE OF AI / NFT IS FORBIDDEN AND I WILL BLACKLIST AND BLOCK.
CANCELLATIONS
I will only cancel a Commission if : client makes me feel very uncomfortable ( unsolicited weird messages / constant flirting ), constant harassing OR if I am unable to continue with the commission.
-I won’t refund or cancel a Commission if already started working on it or close to finishing it.
-I might or not do a full refund depending on the case of cancelling the Commission.
If bad behavior on client’s side it will result in a BLACKLIST and BLOCKING on every site and e-mail too.
