GENERAL
- Please provide character references (such as descriptions, character profiles, information, and or character sheets).

- By ordering means you accepted and agreed with the terms and policies written here.
PAYMENTS & FEES
Payments must be paid in full (100%) or half (50%) of the total amount before the project starts. Only upfront paid projects will be processed. There might be platform and payment/transaction fees added to the total amount by the system.
REVISIONS
- Major art revisions can be made on the sketch stage.
- Only minor art revisions (max. 3 times) can be made on the WIP process (lining, coloring, & finishing).
-If you want major revisions on the WIP process (changing pose/character), there will be an additional charge.
- Only minor art revisions (max. 1 time only) can be made after the project is finished.
- Major art revision after the project is finished = start a new order.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery is around 14-30 days (based on design, waiting list, revisions, and communications). If you need faster delivery around 7-10 days please tell me, there will be an extra charge and limited revisions. Revisions and communications may affect the delivery speed.
USE
Do not use my art for AI, NFT, cryptocurrency, and other related projects.The client may use the result as a chosen usage license (personal, limited commercial, all-in commercial, agency/company) before.The client can upgrade the usage license if needed by paying the rest of the total upgrade price.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I, as the artist, have the right to include the result in portfolios/work samples.
- I, as the artist, will not re-sell the result to another client.
- The clients have the right to use the result for personal or commercial purposes depending on the chosen usage license options.
- The clients are not allowed to claim the result as their own creation.
- Written credits to me as the artist are not required but will be very appreciated.
REFUNDS
There is no cancellation after the payment is made.
If I fail to finish the project because of force majure and unexpected circumstances, refunds can be made based on the progress (50% if it's already in progress or 100% if it's not yet started, not including the platform/payment/transaction fees).
