By commissioning the artist, it is assumed that the client has agreed to all terms below.

GENERAL
I have all the rights to decline a commission request, which includes some or any terms I refuse to draw, or other unspecified reason.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT AND USAGE POLICY
1. I, as an artist, retain all the rights for my works. Which includes the right to distribute, reproduce, and use my works personally and as self-promotion purposes.
2. The client may not modify, trace, alter, include the use of AI-related service, or profit from the commissioned work in any form, sell or license the commissioned work as a non-fungible token (NFT), cryptocurrency, or other blockchain-related service and technology.
3. I reserve the right to reuse rejected elements from the commission project for my future personal/commission works.

WORKFLOW
1. I am unable to recreate some or any part of an existing art style other than my own.
2. Major revisions after full payment is done could not be issued.I have the right to stop work on a commission request temporarily due to poor communication, health issues, or other specified reasons.
3. One commission request should take about 14 days or more to be done. Any delays will be informed regularly. Completion time varies according to the request difficulties.

PAYMENT
Full payment up-front should be made after the approval of the commission draft. Any further work will be with-held until the approval is made and payment is received.

REFUND AND CANCELING
1. I and the client may cancel the commission only if the payment is yet to be made.
2. Partial or full refund of the payment can not be issued; please reconsider before commissioning or performing a payment.

REQUEST EXCEPTION
1. Feral.
2. Any depiction of sexually explicit materials or fetishes.
3. Any form of hateful, racist, heavy violence or gory imagery.
4. Any explicit form of social or political messages.
5. Requests that exceed the limit of my artistic skills (i.e., extreme body-type figure, “mecha” or robot and heavy vehicle, detailed background or background focused artwork, “chibi” caricature).
5. Other unmentioned possibilities.

Nevertheless, all of the mentioned Terms are able to be discussed further
