GENERAL TERM OF SERVICE
Style request will not be served, I will do what I offer to you which looks more to Japanese anime and manga style.
You will have unlimited revision on the sketch, line art, and final (minor) step.
You are not allowed to move back after you’re approved to moving forward.
Any revision from the sketch step will do after the payment be sent.
Minor revisions will be serve in maximum 3 days after the client accepts the high quality final form and fully paid, no complaints will be responded after specified time.
Self claim and removing credit is strictly prohibited, any clients that be discovered to do such act will announced in the website and goes straight to the blacklist.
Please consult your ideas first before placing the order, any wrong order because you were directly placing the order will not be responded.
If you have a special request which not fit with any commission lists that I offer to you, please contact me to discuss further.
I have the right to decline after discussion if I can't do your special request with some consideration.
For some special case, I have the right to decline your request without revealing the reason.
The service may be not first-come-first-serve depends of the complicacy service that be used.
Price displayed were all reasonable enough, no bargain are allowed.
PAYMENT AND REFUND
Payment is in USD or IDR.
USD payment will use Paypal or Transferwise.
IDR payment will use Jago, BRI, or Seabank.
IDR rate will follow the USD rate when the invoice be made.
For clients that use platform should pay fully after agreed with the sketch.
No refund will be allowed if you're using a platform for order.
For clients that use email/discord should pay minimum 50% from total price after agreed with the sketch and 50% rest before I send you the high quality final piece.
Cancelation by clients for direct order, 80% refund of what you already paid will be allowed if I did not start working beyond the sketch step.
Cancelation by me, I will fully refund if I did not working beyond the sketch step OR I'm on an unavoidable emergency situation which made me can't do anything anymore such as permanent disability or pass away.
If I happened to be passed away, please contact my family member, inform them about your unfinished commission, screenshot this point, give this link and show them the invoice.
