Terms of Service

1. General:

• All commissioned artworks are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The artist retains the right to showcase commissioned artworks in their portfolio or for promotional purposes, but the client's personal information will not be disclosed without permission.

2. Commission Process:

• Initial Consultation: We will discuss your vision, requirements, and any specific details for the artwork.
• Pricing and Deposit: A personalized quote will be provided based on the complexity, and size of the artwork. A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required upfront to secure a spot in the commission queue.
• Concept and Sketch Approval: I will provide initial sketches or concepts for your review and approval. Minor revisions can be made during this stage.
• Artwork Creation: Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed with creating the final artwork, keeping you updated on the progress.
• Finalization and Payment: Upon completion and approval of the artwork, the remaining payment is due before the final files are delivered.

3. Revisions:

• Minor revisions can be made during the sketching phase. However, major revisions during the coloring phase may incur additional charges.

4. Delivery:

• Artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format, unless otherwise specified.

5. Copyright:

• The artist retains all copyrights and reproduction rights to the commissioned artwork.
• The client may not reproduce, sell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the artist's permission.
