Commission Details:
a. Description: Please provide a detailed description of your desired Commission, including subject matter, size, style, medium, and any specific requirements or references that you have in mind.
b. Timeline: Let's agree on a timeline for the completion of your Commission. If any adjustments are needed along the way, we'll communicate and ensure we're on the same page.
c. Pricing: We'll determine the total price of your Commission, which includes additional fees for rush orders, shipping, revisions, and a non-refundable deposit. For commercial use, there may be an additional fee ranging from 100% up to 400% of the base price.
Intellectual Property:
a. Ownership: As the artist, I will retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over the Commission, unless we agree otherwise. However, I will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the artwork, unless otherwise stated in our agreement.
b. Display and Promotion: With your permission, I may showcase your Commission in my portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. Rest assured, I will always credit you appropriately as the client. Additionally, I may photograph or digitally reproduce the Commission for these purposes.
Revisions and Alterations:
a. Initial Concept: Once I provide you with the initial sketches or concepts, please review and provide your feedback. I'm happy to make reasonable revisions within the agreed-upon scope during this stage.
b. Revisions after Approval: If you request major changes or additional revisions after approving the initial concept, there may be extra charges based on the complexity of the modifications.
c. Completion and Acceptance: Once I complete your Commission, I will share the final version for your review. If there are any minor revisions needed, please notify me promptly, and I'll be happy to make those adjustments.
