Went through many revisions and was very communicative throughout the process.
While I love the work they did, I am still a bit miffed about them not telling me of a queue until after I had put down the money. It wasn't until I had actually paid the money that they said to wait, and then proceeded to not say anything for thirteen days, with no way of even knowing how far in the queue I was.
