Terms of service for commissioners
Payment:
All payments are taken on Artists and Clients exclusively, in USD and completely upfront. I will open slots for custom work as needed Artists and Clients.

Rules:
You agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in your country to purchase and view adult / mature content. I have the right to use all artwork I produce in my galleries, portfolios, and promotional creations. If you wish to remain anonymous that is fine.
Commissions are for personal use only, you cannot redistribute for a profit.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
If I notice disruptive behavior during my commission progress, such as spamming my site page, frequent sent notes pestering about the commission, and/or other rude gestures, I will have no other choice but to cancel your slot and refund you. (Please refer to my refund policy) No artwork will be obligated from this. Failure to comply with these rules will have you blacklisted.
If you are going to commission me for a gift for a friend, you MUST have permission from the person. For example, if you are going to have your friend's character and yours together.
I'm pretty chill when it comes to most content, and I'm fine with most explicit themes.
In general, there are a couple things I don't love to draw, and for which I will charge more, depending on the commission.
-scat
-realistic gore
-mechs/heavy armor
-very detailed backgrounds
I am not interested in depicting minors performing sexual acts, do not contact me to do so.
If you are unsure, send me via note on FurAffinity or Instagram. I will happily answer any and all questions through notes. If we've started the commission process, please use the Artist and clients chat.
Re-posting my Art:
All commissioned art is allowed to be re-posted and used for personal use by the commissioner. You may not sell or redistribute my art without my consent. Any logo featured is not to be removed at all, and you cannot crop out my link at the bottom to my page. The only exception to this rule is if you’re using the head for an avatar and there for need to crop the piece.
Refund Policy:
If for whatever reason you wish be refunded, and I have not made any progress what so ever, you are refunded in full. But if I have sketched the picture already, as a precaution to avoid any complications, you get half of your money back. The money I keep is for the time I spent on the commission. No exceptions.
General delivery time of commissions:
Commissions will generally be done within 2 hours to 2 weeks of payment unless otherwise stated.
Late Policy:
If the commission is more than 2 months late, I will draw the commissioner a free sketch as compensation. I always make a point to finish my artwork regardless of how much my personal life affects my work.
