I.General:
- These rules apply to any artwork created by me.
- Saving the given artwork is the client's responsibility, if for whatever reason you lost it, you can contact me for it but I can't assure you I'll be able to provide it.
- I have the right to refuse a service to anyone for any reason.
- You are allowed to repost my artwork/design in any other social media with proper credit.
- This is a digital product, no physical item will be delivered unless stated otherwise.
II.Process:
- A sketch will be sent for approval where you can request any changes you want
- The colors and some minor details of your character's design may be edited to fit my style, please don't commission me if you are not okay with it.
-You have unlimited corrections before sending you the final illustration, keep in mind that between each correction I can take more time to deliver the final product.
-I can only make a simple background, if you would like a more complex background it would have an extra cost, depending on the complexity the price can go up.
- Feel free to contact me for updates, but don't rush me, the commission might take from 2 days to 4 weeks to be finished.
III.Payment:
- Payment is 100% upfront (unless we have previously discussed otherwise).
-An extra character has the full cost of the main character.
- I don't do payment plans.
- I accept USD via Paypal as currency.
IV.Cancelling and Refunding:
- An order may be cancelled if the payment has not been sent yet.
- I don't do refunds, the only exception being if for any reason I'm unable to complete the commission.
- If a chargeback is issued, I'll black list you immediately, if there are major issues regarding the sale, contact me first so we can discuss it.
V.Copyright
- I retain rights to the artwork and may display it in my social media or other mediums as examples of my work.
VI.Commercial use
- My work is not for commercial use, if you wish to use it in this way, contact me and we can discuss it further.
