COMMISSIONER & ARTIST RIGHTS :
I hold the rights to the work I create and present regardless of its content; this includes work that showcase original characters. All commissions are for personal use and personal use only and the commissioner does not have the right to sell, redistribute, or claim my work as their own. I do not and cannot consent to my artwork being used for commercial use. Once the commissioner has received the final version of the requested work and all payments have been finalized, they have the right to edit, share, and change the piece however they please so long as proper credit is given. I have the right to refuse any commissions regardless of content; if I am uncomfortable with the commission even if it abides by my terms, I still have to right to decline.
PAYMENTS :
All payments will be made before any work has been started. Once I and the commissioner have discussed the requests and how best to proceed, the payment will then be mentioned and prices will be discussed. Prices may vary due to the content of each individual piece and level of detail(s). Look at commissions page for more details. I accept all payments through Cash App.
COMMISION CONDITIONS :
I am a minor and I will not accept any form of sexually explicit commissions; this includes requests that include nudity. It is not appropriate for me to sell as again, I am a minor.
I will not draw any works that showcase blatant bigotry such as racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, etc., and if you request a piece involving anything discriminatory, you will be blocked.
I will draw fanart only when I know the material, or can easily find information as to what the content is about.
I primarily draw portraits or work containing a humanoid creature. My skills are most developed in the area of humanoid portraiture. I will not draw backgrounds that include the following :
- Cityscapes
- Interior of buildings
I can draw anything related to nature such as mountains, forests, valleys, etc. A complex background will add to the base cost (see Commissions page for prices). As for creatures that are not humanoid, I will happily draw any animal as long as a reference is sent. If the request is for a non-humanoid figure to be the main centerpiece, all of the conditions and prices will apply; the only difference being that for 4 legged animals, half body would be half of the torso and half of the front legs. My number one goal when creating works that involve non-humanoid creatures is to get it as anatomically correct as possible unless specifically asked not to by the commissioner.
I will not draw a landscape on its own, it must contain a creature.
