Thanks for commissioning me! In this section you will find the necessary information to ask me for an illustration/design:
General terms
I reserve the right to reject your order if I cannot draw what you ask or you have had problems with other artists.
Orders for commercial purposes may increase their price.
If your character has some part of it that is very complicated, I can increase its price.
If the design is somewhat more creative, you will need a moodboard and research for the design, which will increase the price somewhat.
You are paying for a digital only illustration. The service does NOT include any printing, physical product of the drawing or any concrete preparation for its printing (such as cutting crosses).
To start working I require 100% of the payment.
The more detail and time, the higher the price. Easy.
To request a drawing you need to be of legal age or have the permission of your parents or guardian.
What references do I have to send for the drawing?
I need images of the character that you want me to draw for you, if there are clothes or hairstyles that the character does not wear in the references, I will also need images of them or detailed descriptions. As well as specify the color palette if needed/specified by you.
If you require a stage, please specify with visual references or descriptions of what you want. If you want me to draw a character without visual references, it will cost extra.
YES I DRAW: Fanart, realism, simple cartoons, adaptive typography and concept art.
I DON'T DRAW: Any kind of NSFW, including furry (nothing against it), hate speech and that kind of stuff you wouldn't want to show your grandma.
Extra costs:
Extra character: +60% in relation to the first character.
Simple background: flat color, gradient or transparent background. No additional cost.
Detailed background: to consider depending on the details and complexity.
What do I have the right to do with the drawing I paid for?
As a buyer you can upload the drawing to your personal social networks (etas do not include networks used for profit such as attracting an audience).
You can print the drawing on clothes, cups, stickers, etc. As long as it is for personal use, never to profit from it.
Make edits such as signatures, icons, apply filters or text. As long as the signature is not deleted.
Under no circumstances can you remove the signature, recolor or trace the drawing.
What can the artist do with the drawing you paid for?
I can reupload the drawing anywhere I want. For example, my drawing networks, Behance, etc. As well as using the drawing to promote myself, for examples of my work. The exception would be if the extra 20% was paid to not make the drawing public.
I promise not to use the drawing for merchandise, for example: tickers, books, mugs, etc.
How long do I have to wait to have my complete drawing?
Everything will depend on how detailed it is, it can be from a couple of days to an approximate time of 3 months. I will try to have the job as soon as possible. Once you make the payment, rest assured that I will be working ONLY on your order.
When you open slots, you will be added to a list of a maximum of 5 people, not one more and not one less. The order of the slots will be according to how the orders arrive, while you are on the waiting list you are not obliged to make any payment until your turn arrives, but it will be convenient for you to have the money ready for it. While you are on the waiting list you can decline your spot whenever you want.
What happens if when my turn comes I no longer have the money available? You can request to be removed from the waiting list and wait for the next list to request a slot again. You can also be sent to the end of the current list, if by the time your turn arrives you still do not have the money another list will open and you will have to request a new slot.
Drawing Changes
During the process I will send you sketches and wips (from the drawing skeleton to the base colors), unless you want to skip this step, if so please specify. Please, reply to sketch messages as soon as possible, so you will have your drawing faster. If a week has gone by without you responding to wips and sketch messages, I'll proceed to take the next order and I won't be able to resume your drawing until the other one is finished. You are entitled to 5 simple sketches and 3 more detailed ones, so be as clear and specific as you can, if you want more sketches an extra cost will be charged.
Once the drawing is finished, I can only make simple changes such as changing the color or small details. More elaborate things that require drawing more elements or redrawing will cost extra.
Refunds
The refund will only be made if 3 months pass without an advance of the drawing. If for some reason I cannot complete the work or it has taken more than 3 months without giving advances, you will be refunded 100% of your payment.
Note: If you claim the money from Paypal after I've finished the drawing or am working on it, I'll blacklist you and I won't hesitate to expose you, plus I can use the drawing for merchandise or sell it as adoptable.
