There was some delay, but I wasn't in a rush, and the finished artwork was excellent. The artist is kind and approachable as well, which made it a pleasant experience overall.

A very kind and understanding artist. I commissioned them for emotes and they pretty much immediately got all of the concept just right. All details were present without having to provide feedback or pointers, and the end result was exactly as wanted. The communication was a little slow at times, and the delivery of the end result was a little longer than expected but that's fine and understandable! Art takes time, and they did an amazing job at it.
