There was a large delay, but the overall quality of the work can excuse some of it. The artist does good work; I might have just commissioned them at an unfortunate time.

A very kind and understanding artist. I commissioned them for emotes and they pretty much immediately got all of the concept just right. All details were present without having to provide feedback or pointers, and the end result was exactly as wanted. The communication was a little slow at times, and the delivery of the end result was a little longer than expected but that's fine and understandable! Art takes time, and they did an amazing job at it.
