TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRICES
(Summary)
~~General
By commissioning an artist, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
➳You are 18 years of age or older.
➳You can pay half of stipulated price in advance your commission or in full (paying half the advances will be submitted with watermark, if full payment will go without).
➳If the commissioned artwork includes characters owned by others, you have ensured that the respective owners have agreed and given their permission for their characters to be included in the commissioned artwork.
~~Artist's rights~~~
➳The artist has the right to refuse any commission request with which he/she feels uncomfortable.
➳The artist does not have to give any explanation, regardless of the reason, when rejecting a commissioned request.
➳The artist has the right to increase the final price of a commission if he/she feels it is not worth the base price.
~~Payment~~
➳Payment is made on the platform, however customers of Chilean nationality can transfer directly by CuentaRut.
➳All prices are in dollars (USD). Chilean Peso will be approximated by the artist.
Short lists describing what the artist is willing to draw and what not.
Will draw:
➳Original characters.
➳Humanoid organisms.
➳Anthropomorphic animals (most species).
➳LGBT+ themes
➳Thematic art (fantasy, science fiction, etc.)
➳Art with the artist's characters - this is only applicable if the commission request fits the character's personality. Ideas that do not fit the artist's character or that the artist is uncomfortable with will be rejected.
➳SFW / NSFW.
Will not draw:
➳Violence/Gore.
➳Mecha.
➳Accessory detail.
➳Political themes
➳Written charges (absence of visual references).
➳Art with the purpose of expressing hatred or demeaning a targeted individual or group of individuals.
➳Art with illegal acts.
➳Detailed backgrounds.
➳Vehicles
➳Humans
