Provide a detailed description and preferably reference material of character(s). This will help guarantee your own satisfaction with the final product.
Remember to mention in case backgrounds, other ornamentation, or some form of coloring is to be included.
Additional characters, backgrounds, coloring options as well as complexity determine additional charges for a final price quote.
Additionally if you have particular favorite illustrations of mine you'd wish to be used for basis that is also welcome.
Typically I provide a 8000 by 10000px image in jpeg or png. Other aspect ratios etc, not an issue, done upon request.
