LINEARTS - DIFFERENT TYPES

I Don´t Draw:

• Futanari.
• Vore.
• Lolicon/Shotacon.
• Mechas. (This one can change in the future)

All EXTRA CHARACTERS per illustration will have a 50% cost of the original request (before international and A&C fee)

By closing the deal and starting the job you agree to the following terms:

• The art is for your personal use only. Commercial Use commissions have a 300% extra price as a minimum.

• The drawing will be delivered to you in HD until the payment has been marked as completed(Please do not forget to download your file since it will be removed by A&C after some days have passed, but in case it happens DM trough here or via my social media).

• The price may increase depending on how the difficulty increases for the requested work.

• Take your time to ask for the commission; projects that need to be completed in a very short period of time will have an extra cost.

• The final drawing will have my signature in some part of it (not invasive). Removing it is not negotiable.

• The illustrations cannot be used as NFT.

• Private Commissions (those where the client asks to the artist not to publish the
  artwork on social media) will have a 25% increase on the final price.

• The samples used for approval during the project will always be sent with watermark and logo to avoid fake refound intention.

ABOUT REFOUNDS.

• For cell shading and full render, refounds will only be available on the lineart phase
before continuing to the coloring phase, this refound will only be a 50% refound to
avoid scams.

• For linearts, the refound will only be available before starting the lineart phase (during
the sketch phase) this would be a 100% refound.

• For Sketches there is no refound.

ABOUT DEADLINES AND EXTERNAL ISSUES.

• My normal deadline for each type of drawing is as it follows:
- Sketches: 5 - 10 days
- Linearts: 10 - 20 days:
- Cell shading: 15 - 25 days:
- Full Render: 20 - 30 days.
(This deadlines are considering that i may or may not have other clients requesting
the same or a different job).

• In case you get no response from me past the deadline you will get a 100% refound
and the piece of art at the phase it ended for free. (Blocking my ways to communicate
with you to justify i didn´t reach you during the deadline will not apply to this
agreement).

• Any mayor accidents out of my control will be informed to you (unless it´s a coma or
death) those can include: shutdowns, PC damaged, death of a friend, familiar, etc.
Injuries or diseases that require medical attention, sleep, or being at rest either on
house or in an hospital. This type of accidents would pause momentarily the
deadlines.

• The rule above also applies for the client as well, please do keep me informed if you
have anything that needs a little pause for the commission or the interaction between
you and me, i also worry about others safety.

• In case i need a little more time due to complications on the process, lots of
complicated request or the need to deliver a better work making some adjustments
out of the planification i will inform you 1-2 days before deadline, and i´ll ask at
maximun a 3 day extensión for the deadline.
