I start working on the commission when I receive full payment.
What I draw:
Animals, anthro, humans, anime, gore, fan characters, fan art, hybrids, fantastic creatures, ponies... (If you're not sure about something ask)
What I DON'T draw:
Porn, nude, some fetishes, offensive or racist content.
Work-In-Progress:
I send WIP to the client as soon as I make a rough sketch for confirmation. More previews are available upon request.
Delivery:
Finished piece will be delievered full-res to e-mail.
Optional: *.psd/*.sai file of the artwork for your own use.
*Customer agrees and is aware that no physical copies are to be sent to them.

What if client changes their mind?
Depends:
-if I didn't start yet or I'm at an early stage of the commission; I offer changing the character/theme/pose/etc.
-if I have a large part done already; client may ask for changing the character/colors etc. as long as it's not an extreme change.
-if I'm almost finished; possible change of colors of the character or adding some details, again, not extreme change.
Do you offer refunds?
I'm sorry, but no. If you're not satisfied with the final piece I may offer you adjusting the art to your content or a free piece of art as a compensation, but I don't refund. (The reason for that is simple; I'm a poor student and I probably don't even have that money anymore;;)
