Terms and Conditions

1. The artist will only draw with his own art style.
2. The client should state whether the artist can post it online.
3. The client should always credit the artist when posting it in social media platform.
4. The artist has the right to decline a commission if it makes him uncomfortable or beyond his skill set.
5. A commission can take at least 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.
6. On a first-come, first-served basis, the client must specify if there is a specified deadline so that the artist can estimate whether it will be finish before the deadline.
7. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
8. Full or 50% down payment first, the artist will not start the commission until the client paid the correct amount. The artist will also not release the finished artwork until the client pay the remaining balance.
9. Payments will be via Paypal or Gcash (If you’re from the Philippines) only.
10. A Paypal transaction fee will be added to the payment.
11. The client should provide a clear copy of references (pose, expression, theme, etc.).
12. The artist will update you from time to time about status of the commission (email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
13. The client will be given a chance to make revisions in the sketching and base color stage ONLY. Beyond that there will be additional fee per revision.
14. The artist can only give the client a refund IF and ONLY IF it’s still in the sketching and base color stage.
15. Final artwork (png 350 dpi) without watermark will be sent through Gmail/google drive link.
16. If you have any question regarding on about the TAC or special request that is not in the TAC feel free open up with me so that we can negotiate it.
