B/W BUST SKETCH

-You are not allowed, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
-You are not allowed to create Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or sell any part of the work using blockchain.
-It is your responsibility to review these Terms before commissioning me, and I may discontinue, modify, remove any parts of these Terms.
-​My commissions are for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed unless discussed.
-​You CANNOT trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned piece in any form (i.e. painting over a specific portion of the drawing) without my permission.
​-I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or their requests.
-Commissions may be completed within 3-4 weeks depending on the queue, but this wait time may change depending on personal circumstances. I will let you know if wait time may exceed this period.
-If you have a specific deadline, please discuss it with me prior to payment so I can let you know if I will be able to accommodate your request.
​-Refunds are currently unavailable.
​-Your commissioned piece will be a DIGITAL FILE. There will be no shipping of any physical copy or item.
-​Your commission may be included in my portfolio and/or uploaded into public websites. However, all images will be watermarked and only you will have the original piece.
-By commissioning me, you agree that you understand that you will be bound by this Terms of Service.
-These Terms will apply regardless of the method you use to contact and/or to commission me.
