I asked an art for my Lightforged Draenei, from World of Warcraft. Not only it was perfect, but the art looks like it was made from Blizzard themselves.
Once the artist had started working upon my art, they sent me the progress every day. They asked me if everything was okay and after a couple of days, I had it. They are extremely friendly and listens to if we need to redo something.
I would give 10 stars out of five if it was possible. You will not regret asking a piece of art from them!
