HOW DO MY COMMISSIONS WORK?
Firstly, I have been doing commissions for a long time and you can find me on social media (@zero_crit on twitter, YCH and discord). I can also provide proof of my previous transactions with satisfied clients via reliable sources.
I only work with verified payment methods, such as PayPal invoice, where my terms of service will be detailed for you to read before you agree to payment. If you do not wish to make payments this way, or if you cannot create an account/use this method, then I cannot work with you. Verified payment methods protect both artists and clients. I want both the client and me to feel completely safe all throughout the transaction.
Progress shots will be given at any point.
My standard turnaround time is three weeks for most of my listed works, but if you're looking to commission something larger or more complex, this will require extra time. Everything will be clearly stated in the contract and invoice TOS.
If it's your first to fifth time commissioning me, full payment is required upfront. If you're a returning client with more than five succesful transactions, you may inquire to pay after the sketch is approved. This will be decided on a case-to-case basis, at the discretion of the artist.
You MAY NOT utilize any of my commissioned work to train or feed AI software, nor for any crypto-related business such as NFT. This clause is non-negotiable and it applies to ALL stages of artwork. I consider AI training as theft and it will result on you being blacklisted and the contract revoked without possibility of refund.
FOR COMMISSION WORK OF EXISTING CHARACTERS AND ELEMENTS:
1: Have a clear concept of what you're looking to get commissioned. You will need an image of your character/element, minimum, with clear colors. If there are elements of the design that you need me to create from scratch, this might incur extra charges depending on tier and complexity.
2: Respect the turnaround time. Depending on my current queue and the difficulty of your request, I might propose a longer period of time that more accurately adjusts to the needs of your commission. This will be clearly stated before you make the payment and also detailed on the invoice. I will be in contact with progress shots as often as possible. Keep your inquiries appropriate.
There are only two instances for change/edition. Once during the sketch, and another one after lineart has been finished. At this point, the general look and feel of the image will be clearly visible and you will be able to request any type of change. However, after this stage has been cleared, any further changes will cost extra. This is non-negotiable.
It is required that you quote me as the artist for the piece if you share it on social media or any other instances. Clients may not name themselves as creators/artists of the piece. You can use any of my platforms to credit me.
