- Revising artwork based on the Client's feedback
- Delivering final artwork in the agreed-upon format
3. Payment Terms
- The Client shall pay the Illustrator the agreed-upon fee for the services rendered.
- Payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The Illustrator reserves the right to charge additional fees for revisions or changes to the original scope of work.
4. Intellectual Property
- The Illustrator retains the copyright to all original artwork created, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- The Client shall have the right to use the final artwork for the intended purpose, as specified in the agreement.
- The Client shall not use the final artwork for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Illustrator.
5. Confidentiality
- The Illustrator shall keep all Client information and materials confidential.
- The Client shall keep all Illustrator's work-in-progress and final artwork confidential, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Cancellation and Refund
- The Client may cancel the project at any time, but shall be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- The Illustrator reserves the right to cancel the project if the Client fails to make payment or breaches these Terms.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- The Illustrator shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the final artwork, unless caused by the Illustrator's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Illustrator against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client's breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Illustrator and the Client, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
