1) Will draw:
- OCs
- Fanart
- NSFW-ish (we can discuss it)
- Any ship, as long as there is no major age gap
2) Will NOT draw:
- Mecha
- Gore
- NSFW
- Furry
3) The Artist has the right to refuse a commission for any reason not listed above, such as if it requires the depiction of illegal activities or hateful images.
4) The Client must provide clear visual reference of the character.
5) The Artist will start sketching once the payment is made. The Artist will show the Client the sketch for their approval, so the CLient can request any adjustments before lineart.
6) It'll take 1-4 weeks to finish a piece, depending on complexity. The Artist will send updates every week so the Client knows how the piece is going.
7) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.
8) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.
9) The Artist retains the right to display a lower quality version of all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client.
10) The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork.
11) The Client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image (see articles 09 and 10).
12) The Client may not profit from the artwork. All commissions are for personal use only.
13) The Client cannot alter the artwork themselves.
14) The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal websites.
