1. Refunds, Pricing, & Payment:

All of my prices are in USD(US Dollars) and transactions are made through here.
Full payment is expected before I start the commission.

Unless you pay 50/50 because of personal reasons, it’s 100% payment.

I do not give refunds under any circumstances unless I cancel your commission myself.

I under no circumstances will decrease my prices for you. You get what you pay for only.

I price commissions based on your Choices and complexity.

I use base prices, which means the price is raised based on species, design, complexity, and specified accessories and features.

1. Ordering Process:
   It is the commissioner's duty to read my price list, commission availability, and my Terms of Service before ordering from me.

When ordering a commission please specify a clear character reference, either photographic or drawn, and the type of commission you'd like.

Commission wait times fluctuate due to my schedule and commission queue. Please respect that I could have other clients and other priorities I must attend to.

I reserve the right to refuse anyone's service, especially if you are a known scammer or a known problem customer.

1. Approval:
   I will provide a full-size image to you via Messager or G-Drive once your commission is completed.

Any major changes will be at an extra fee. I reserve the right to refuse a major change to a finished commission.

If you feel there's been a mistake with your commission, please note rather than comment out of courtesy.

If I forgot a specified accessory, marking, or otherwise I will happily correct it. Anything you forgot to tell me to add may be added at an additional fee.

Extended silence (lack of communication via notes or messages) after receiving your commissions will be assumed as acceptance.

1. Image Usage:
   I reserve the right to post your commission to my websites (DeviantArt, Twitter, etc.).

Editing the commission image yourself or through another artist without my permission is explicitly prohibited.

I reserve the right to use the commission art as an example for my portfolio, promotion, and pricing lists.

You may use the commission image as your personal avatar as long as I am credited for them and my signature is not removed.

You may not use the image commercially. Unless you pay an extra fee.

1. Wait-listing & Refusal:
   I can refuse commissions on the basis of species, design, type of commission, or because I feel like I couldn't do the character justice.

If I tell you I'll get back to you because my queue is full and you'd like a bulk amount of commissions or other, you have been wait-listed and will be notified when I can comfortably accept your request(s).

1. Behavior, Complaints, & Concerns:
   I expect my commissioners to treat me with the same level of decency as I treat them.

If you have any concerns about me, my work, my prices, etc. the best thing you could possibly do is note me privately about it.

Harassing me via notes, comments, or otherwise to try to elicit a faster response is unacceptable.
