WHAT I CAN/CAN NOT DRAW:
I can draw the following:
• Human / Humanoid
• Kemonomimi
• Fanart
• Original Characters
• Pin-up/Nudity
• Gore
• Implied sex (i.e. genitals are covered)
• Couples (canon x canon | canon x OC | OC x OC) of any sexuality (GxB | BxB | GxG)

I can not draw the following:
• Anthro
• Feral
• Mecha
• Explicit sexual content (i.e. showing genitals)
• Extremely buff characters (example of what I consider "extremely buff" is builds similar to this)
• Group interactions with more than five (5) characters (meaning, if it's a scene; just a collection/batch of more than five characters standing side-by-side with no interactions with each other is acceptable)

GENERAL:
• I have a right to refuse your commission if I am uncomfortable/not confident in my skills to deliver what it is you are asking for.
• I have a right to cancel your commission for any reason and without explanation. (Please see the "Refunds" section for more information on cancellations)
• I will ask for payment once you are satisfied with the sketch. I will not continue working on your commission until I have received payment.
• Deadlines/rush orders must have a minimum of a week in between when the commission is ordered.
• I have a right to upload your commission on my other social media (Twitter, Facebook...), unless you tell me not to.

IMAGE RIGHTS:
• You may make minor edits to your commission. (Ex. Cropping, Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast, adding borders...)
• You may use/reupload your commission on deviantART or outside of deviantART for personal use, but only if proper credit to me (Avistella) and a linkback to my deviantART profile (avistella.deviantart.com/) is provided.
• You may not claim the commission as your own work.
• You may not use the commission for any commercial use.

DELIVERY:
• All commissions will be PNG with dimensions ranging from 1000px - 3000+px. Exceptions may be made.
• Unless specified not to upload your commission to the public, all commissions will be posted in my gallery, resized and watermarked. I will send you a private link to the full resolution and without watermark.
• Depending on the commission type and queue, estimated time of completion takes ~three (3) days to one (1) month at the latest. If I have to take longer than a month to complete your commission for whatever reason, I will inform you via Note.
• I do not do commissions in the order accepted, but rather in the order that are easier for me to do, so don't be alarmed if I "skipped over" you in the queue. I will get to your commission eventually.

PAYMENT:
• Payment can be made in either deviantART points or PayPal.
• PayPal payments are to be converted to CAD when sending.
• PayPal payments are to be sent to using my PayPal.Me link which I will send via Note.
• You do not need to pay for the PayPal fee.
• Please send payment within 48 hours after confirmation. If I do not receive the payment after 48 hours, I will contact you. If I can not get in contact with you and you still haven't sent the payment within a week, I will drop your commission.
• If paying by deviantART points, please pay through the Commissions widget I set up specifically for you.

REFUNDS:
• If you cancel your commission after the sketching stage, you will get a partial refund, depending on how much of your commission I've finished.
• If I cancel your commission for whatever reason, you will get a full refund, in addition to a private link to whatever I've managed to complete.
• I will not give any refunds if you are unsatisfied with the finished piece. If you are unsatisfied with the piece, I am willing to discuss and make edits; however, I will not redo the piece entirely.
