1. You are agreeing to pay for custom DIGITAL art for PERSONAL use and I am entitled to personally use the work for my own use (upload to social media, display as example, etc.)
2. Understand that I have the right to decline any request for any reason.
3. You are not entitled to a refund once payment is received, as this means you approved the sketch.
4. You are entitled to retract your order BEFORE I send you a sketch.
5. You agree that I am not obligated to make any major changes to the FINISHED piece of art, as I will do this up to 3-5 times BEFORE sketch approval without additional charge.

I will send you a sketch for approval and finalize the price with you before payment is taken!
