Generally I proceed with my commissions like this:

After receiving my client's description of their character and gathering the provided reference photos, I will:

Make a rough draft of the character to show the client
Ask for 50% downpayment after receiving the "OKAY" or go signal from the client to proceed
Proceed to finishing the artwork. (Lineart, color etc) and show the client the watermarked version of the artwork first for reviewing
Once the client is satisfied, I then ask for the remaining 50% before I turn in the final artwork.

(I only accept minimal and color revisions, any major revision will have to be charged extra, so please be sure about your description and provide all your reference photos to avoid mistakes!) :D

Commission prices are for personal use only, but I am also open for commercial commissions!
I have the rights to post the commissions on my personal websites (watermarked, and on a lower resolution. Only the client will get the unwatermarked and high resolution of the artwork) If you want your commission to remain private, there is an additional 20% cost. :)
