If the customer doesn’t like the work because of a minor detail or color tone the artist is open to improving it and will work to resolve the problem. However, it’s crucial to note that in cases where the dissatisfaction arises from adherence to specific instructions provided, and not a deviation from them, the artist cannot assume responsibility. Refunds won’t be issued in such instances.
