GENERAL
[-All payments must be made through PayPal using USD currency. Full payment must be upfront.

[-You may color and edit my work as you please, as long as you credit me for it.

RIGHTS
[-As the artist, I retain ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. This also gives me rights to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.

[-If you would like to use the artwork for commercial use, you may purchase the rights which is the same amount as the original art price. (ex: art $80 + rights = $160)

[-I have the right to refuse services to anyone

[-You must be over the age of 18 to purchase art from me.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
[-If your commission has not been started you may receive a full refund.
[-If your commission has reached the Sketch Phase you will receive a 75% refund.
[-If your commission has reached the Blocking In Phase you will receive a 50% refund.
[-If your commission has reached the Rendering Phase you are no longer eligible for a refund.
[-If you cancel the commission any work I have done is not yours and you no longer have the right to edits.
[-If I decide to cancel your commission you will get a full refund and any work I have completed is editable.

REVISIONS
[-Once the sketch has been finished I will email it to you and await your approval.
[-I will redraw/edit/alter the sketch 2-3 times for you if the sketch is not appealing to you.
[-After the sketch, You may have up to 3 free changes during the painting process. (+$5 for each additional change)
[-Once finished I will not redraw/edit/alter the image.

REFERENCES
[-Must have a visual reference.
[-You can describe a pose to the best of your ability or allow me to come up with one myself.
[-You may also provide me with as many visual references as you need.

LIVE STREAMING
I will not draw/paint upon request during my live streams.

These lists are subject to be changed or altered.
If you aren't sure if I'll draw what you want please give me a warning before the refs of what they are.
