By commissioning me,you acknowledge that you have read,understood, and accepted the Terms.

I reserve right to decline your commission request without any reason and explanation.

I reserve all rights to the artwork commissioned by you.The rights shall include, but not be limited to,posting,using,selling in digital or physical forms on any platform. You agree that the artwork may be directly used for commercial purposes and presented as a part of my portfolio.

The artwork you order may be watermarked and the artist's (my) and client's (your) username on artistsnclients.com may be credited . If you want to be credited with another name for some reason, you are advised to inform me before your commission request is completed.

You reserve the right to reprint the watermarked artwork you order in digital or physical forms.However, you are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes.

If the artwork you ordered is requested for commercial use, you are suggested to inform me before your commission request is approved. Please note that the price may be raised depending on the request.
