Terms of Service is a basic rundown of how to interact with me, how to commission me, what I will and won’t do, and things that basically just cover my fluffy butt from getting screwed over, and yours. Please give this a read before you commission or interact with me.
★ This is a NSFW and SFW artist and account.
- ✧ I will not draw art for free.
- ✧ I will draw sfw gift art
★ Note commission requests are completely fine.
- - ✧ This does not mean send me a giant wall of text about your commission before asking me.
- - ✧ Inquiries are to be short and sweet, just link me the references needed, and I'll send you the paypal link!
- - ✧ Notes are only for quotes, inquiries, and commission requests. Paid commission requests.
★ If you do not read my ToS I have no obligation to accept any commission requests from you.
- - ✧ I won't offer special treatment to anyone who complains about something because it was in my rules and they broke it.
★ I do not draw backgrounds.
- - ✧ I am currently testing myself to see if I can, but I will not offer these as a product as I am not comfortable with giving subpar work to customers.
- - ✧ I will not color one in a commission.
- - ✧ I will no sketch one in a commission.
- - ✧ I will not do any sort of background, furniture, or anything in a commission.
- - ✧ Any requests for background art will be denied.
★ The following are fetishes/kinks/subject matter that I will not draw:
- - ✧ Micro / Macro
- - ✧ Super hyper (If your entire body is engulfed to macro proportions, nah.)
- - ✧ Rape/Violence (This includes any sort of violence ranging from face slapping to castration)
- - ✧ Gore / Vore
- - ✧ Rule 34 / Canon Character / Fan art porn commissions
- - ✧ Mechanical / Mecha / Machines
- - ✧ Backgrounds (See what I did there no excuse now)
- - ✧ Furniture
- - ✧ Scat / Watersports / Farting
- - ✧ Inflation
- - ✧ Transformation
- - ✧ More than 2 characters per image
- - ✧ Many more to come as I think of them.
★ Picture references are required.
- - ✧ I have only a short amount of time in order to complete commissions per stream, please do not ask me to design a character for you. This means a full reference of an established character.
★ Do not copy, trace, or reuse my artwork for any reason whatsoever.
- - ✧ My anatomy is not perfect, my eyes are not perfect, nothing is perfect. My art is not reference material, it is not for you to use for your content without payment.
- - ✧ Do not trace my ych’s and sell them. Das rude, yo.
- - ✧ Do not copy or reuse my work. Don't reference it, please, I have so many mistakes in my work.
- - ✧ Do not harass me about this, or you will be reported and blocked from every form of communication.
★ Do not repost my artwork to tumblr, weasyl, inkbunny, e621, or any other search engine based websites.
- - ✧ Reposts to fA and toyhou.se are acceptable so long as you favorite the original, and link back to myself with my fa account in the description post that directly links to my page. Otherwise, art should not pop up outside of my accounts on weasyl, tumblr, or twitter.
- - ✧ Any reposts of my art anywhere will be removed via a DMCA act and you will have a strike against you for having done so.
- - ✧ Asking permission for reposting honestly is common courtesy.
★ Refunds are very rare as most art is completed within streams.
- - ✧ Once the artwork is complete, you will be unable to receive any sort of refund whatsoever.
- - ✧ If you do ask for a refund, you have to do it prior to your work being worked on. If you request it after the fact, you will be refunded up to the amount of work completed.
- - ✧ All chargebacks without prior contact are a blacklistable offense and there will be a note made for the rest of my artistic circle about it. Chargeback at your own risk.
- - ✧ If the bare bones base sketch is completed, you will not have to be charged, but I will use it elsewhere. Sorry, my art, my right.
★ Notes are to be used only for commission requests or inquiries.
- - ✧ If you would like to get to know me, talk to me via in chat, journals, comments, and the like. Notes are easily cluttered and can get messy fast.
- - ✧ I do not roleplay or wish to do such activities via the note/tumblr system.
- - ✧ All harassment, rude or antagonistic communications are a bannable offense and you will be blocked from contacting me via any way, regardless of commissions, commission status, etc. If you are blocked while a commission is in progress, you will be refunded, and the art used elsewhere.
★ Payment is always via Paypal invoice or through Paypal.me. Ko-Fi donations are always welcomed, but generally everything involves Paypal
- - ✧ Send in whisper, or via note through sites after alerting me for an invoice.
- - ✧ All payments are USD only, conversion always costs a fee and I don’t charge enough to warrant having to deal with it.
- - ✧ Payments are due prior to even starting the commission process.
- - ✧ Donations and tips are always accepted and welcomed.
★ All characters I draw representing myself, unless stated otherwise, are my own.
- - ✧ Drawing my characters with yours is acceptable so long as the characters have been confirmed for being all right to draw with others / is not a shared or unavailable character for such instances.
- - ✧ If you have a request for a commission, tell me what your request is and I will tell you if it is okay or not.
- - ✧ Most commissions are blind commissions with just base posing requests, I pretty much do wing its otherwise.
★ Any defamation of character posting be it on your page, via tumblr, etc, will not be tolerated.
- - ✧ If you have a problem with me, please contact me and we will work it out via notes or something.
- - ✧ If you continue doing so, you will be reported, blocked, and receive far worse treatment in kind, tbh.
★ Blacklisted artists and commissioners are not allowed to bid, be bid for, or have their characters drawn.
- - ✧ If you broke my rules and have done so repeatedly, your friend can not buy art from me for you.
- - ✧ If I am made aware of this situation, the art will be taken down, and any submission reposts will be reported as art theft. Art will be repurposed and original customer refunded.
- - ✧ If you participate in allowing someone that is blacklisted to commission me or purchase things from me, you, too, will be banned. If it is an honest mistake, I will listen to your situation, but otherwise I make it clear to customers I do not allow art for certain users.
★ If you do not have permission from another character / artist / owner to have a particular character drawn, I will not draw it.
- - ✧ I will make sure you have permission / you have to provide permission from the user, or the user has to have it on their page that you have permission to have such characters drawn.
- - ✧ Gifts or not, I have to know for sure / see that you two are together or allowed. It's best to at least link me to their page or art you already have done of them recently.
- - ✧ If you try to do so, you will be barred from commissioning me for lying to me.
