By commissioning me you have agreed to these following terms.

GENERAL

I reserve the right to use the commission as a sample and post it publicly on social networks. If you’d like the commission to remain private, please message me first.

I have the right to refuse to receive commission if the request is beyond my capacity.

COMMISSIONERS CAN NOT:
1. Resell commission.
2. Claim the commission as your own painting.
3. Use for AI art generation, NFT.

PROCESS

I will send you the rough sketch, you are allowed up to 3 revisions to the sketch, if more than 3 times, I'll charge an extra fee.

It will take around 2 weeks - 3 months for me to finish your commission, depending on the type of your commission and the order of my commission list. Feel free to ask for update.

If delays arise, I'll notify you in advance.

I'll declined commission if the time is too urgent.
