For a commission, you should contact me and write at least a general idea of the final image you would like to see. Please feel free to elaborate, include links to sample images, or express, in your terms, what you would like to see. The more information I have, the more accurately I can create what you seek.
I will present a creative brief which explains what we have discussed, terms, and a specific final description with rough sketches. Upon acceptance, we refine. Depending on the type of work requested, this can involve many disparate sub-processes from photography to painting to sculpture and multimedia.
I'll send you progress reports as we work through a schedule. Your feedback is welcome along the way. However, I will make the final determination as to which changes can reasonably be made within the original time and cost estimates. This helps prevent last minute changes which can require many additional resources and much frustration.
Upon completion, we will go point by point through your requirements to be sure I've met your needs to the best of my ability. When everything meets your satisfaction, final digital files are delivered via Dropbox or Google Drive and final physical items are delivered.
For short term projects like photo retouching, file conversions, website installs, etc., the schedule will reflect a smaller, less response-laden process since they require less input. If you have specific needs, please be sure to include them so they can be correctly referenced and incorporated into the final image.
Photo, photo-manipulation, multimedia, sculpture, and video projects will each have their own unique scheduling.
I'm happy to discuss options and work with your team for short term project hires.
