Payment terms - payment is divided in 2 parts:
First Payment: After I complete a rough sketch and you approve it, you will have to pay 50% of the total payment. I will continue working on it only after the payment.
Final Payment: You will have to pay the remaining 50% before I send you the full image with no watermark. Before the final payment I will only share lower resolution images with watermark on.
There will be no refunds.
If you fail to make the final payment without a valid reason, I have the right to reuse the sketch/pose. You will also not have permission to use the drawing I made.
Even if you don't make the last payment, I will not claim your character as mine unless it is an original character we designed together. If it is the case, I will retain all rights to sell this character.
Terms of use:
• Commercial use: is allowed only for characters you own. Fanart or drawings of other people are permitted only with their consent.
• Original Character Sheets: characters we design together will belong to you after the final payment. You can request me to remove any images with your original character's sheet, including any low-resolution or watermarked version.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own. I retain the right to post and use the final work as an example, but only in lower resolution and with an watermark on, except for original characters designed specifically for you.
• You do not have to credit me, but I would highly appreciate it. (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)
Please be aware:
• Characters depicted in intimate poses or revealing clothing must be 18 years or older, you are responsible and must make sure those characters are 18+.
• No AI: I will never use AI for the commission, even if it is just to help with the process; you cannot use my art for AI generators or any other AI related thing.
• Design Restrictions: I will not replicate outfits, designs, or poses created by other artists. Please share images made by other artists only if it is for similar colors or similar body shapes. For original characters, I cannot verify if a requested design already exists as a closed species or other form. You bear full responsibility and must make sure your request is not an existing design.
