By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions. I will work under the assumption that you have read my T.O.S
I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.

PAYMENTS
Payment must be in USD.
A digital receipt will always be given to you after the commission is paid for and complete, for your and my records.
Refunds may be given if I am:
- Unable to give you your commission for any reason
- I have not yet begun your commission and the time period that was promised has passed

REFERENCES AND INFORMATION
No matter what you are requesting, I must have a full and detailed description of who you want me to draw, how you want me to draw them, and any further details, so that I can know how to properly charge you.

This information includes:
-skin color
-skin features such as freckles or scars
-hair color, type of hair and hair style
-eye color
-clothing and clothing design or brand that you desire
-expression

If I have creative freedom in these regards, please state that at the beginning of your request.
I am not responsible for faults in information you do not provide to me.

REVISIONS AND EDITS
You will be sent a sketch in which you will be able to tell me what you want fixed, changed, removed, or added before I continue.
Anything I missed from the given information or reference on the order forms will be changed for free.
I am not responsible for faults resulting in information you do not provide to me.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use. but cannot claim that you are the one who made it. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping for icons, badges, tattoos, banners, etc.
You may repost on your social media, but I must be credited in the caption.
My art CANNOT be used for NFTs, or other crypto based platforms.

I own all the rights to the artwork I have created along with the right to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art. If the commissioner chooses to keep this art private, they MUST state this at the beginning of their request.

ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED
Using my artwork commercially (making money off of it by any means)
Taking credit for my artwork/claiming it as your own
Removing or purposely cropping my watermark/signature
