All creative rights belong to me. The product of the creative sale will belong to you. You will be able to repost it on any site, so long as credit is given to me.
You may not claim the artwork as your own or resell.
You may post on other sites so long as you give credit to me for the artwork being done.
Purchase of commercial rights negotiable.
An individual, unique contract will be written up by myself (the artist) and agreed upon by both parties (the client and the artist) in the process of a job being assigned to me (the artist). The job will not proceed forward until the contract is agreed upon.
Work on the job will proceed forward when the amount agreed upon in the contract is paid for and secure in escrow. If the amount is removed at any time before the work is complete, the work will halt until the money is replaced or an agreement is arranged with the artist.
I will be posting the finished product on my social media and artist sites, but your finished product will not be duplicated or sold for additional profit.
