All artwork can be up to size A4 (210mm x 297mm).
• The client will receive 1 digital file of the artwork at 300dpi. No physical copies of the
artwork will be provided.
• The client may request up to 2 rounds of revisions to the final artwork. Further revisions
will be subject to extra fees.
• The commission is for personal use only. For commercial work, please contact me
separately.
• Ownership of the copyright and the right to use the artwork for self-promotion (website,
social media, portfolio, etc.) remains with me.
• Payment is via PayPal or Interac e-transfer.
• 50% of payment is due at the start of the project. The remainder is due upon concept
approval.
• If at any point the client chooses to cancel the commission and forfeit the work done so
far, any payments already made are non-refundable.
• If at any point the client fails to respond to concepts or status updates provided for
longer than a period of 1 month the commission will be considered abandoned, and any
further work will require renegotiation.
• Working time is 7-10 business days for most orders. Highly detailed, complex orders
may take longer.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
