GENERAL
I have the right to turn down/refuse a commission. Once your commission is accepted, I will contact you

These are BASIC prices and are subjected to additional costs due to the complexity of the commission. Prices will/can be discussed further so.

Rushed commissions with tight-deadlines are only accepted subjecting to my schedule.

Commissions are digital products. No physical product will be shipped to commissioner.

Prices includes commercial usage.

LICENSE OF USE
Commissioners are NOT ALLOWED to claim artwork as theirs, credits MUST be given.

I do NOT allow my work to be used, listed, or minted as NFTs.

I do NOT consent for my art to be used for AI training.

Any form of tracing/editing/amending over my art is not allowed

You would be able to use the logo for the branding of your self or your business and are allowed to gain profits indirectly (e.g., using it to stream and to brand your product, such ud in your social media like IG, Twitter, Tiktok etc)

For selling derivative products from the logo (merchandizing), you have to pay merchandizing fee (2x of the normal total commission price/adds 100% to the total).

Selling derivative products from the logo without purchasing the merchadizing fee is prohibited. Merchandizing license can be purchased anytime.Breach of any ToS mentioned will result in automatic removal of your license to use

PAYMENTS
Payment must be done upfront before I start working on the commissionIf payment is not received within 3 days without prior communication the commission will be canceled.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1 months subjecting to my full-time job schedule

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the rights to all produced artwork (commercial included) to be used however in my own discretion.
If the commissioner requests characters of IPs that do not belong to them, they are solely responsible for how the artwork is used. I am not responsible for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.

REFUNDS
There will be NO full refunds after the commission has been started.
The refund amount will be negotiated with the customer depending on the piece's completion.

Clients may request a refund only when a good reason is given.

Please be sure you are willing to proceed with the commission and your financial situation is stable prior.

Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.
