Refund policy-
I can do a refund during the sketch stage, but as soon as ink is laid on paper I can only offer a 40% refund and if color is laid on paper I can only offer 15% refund wise. This is non-negotiable.

I am not responsible for someone not reading the TOS prior to commissioning me, once you have made payment you are under my TOS in full.

I do not begin drawing until a deposit at least is made. Up front is preferred but I can work with payment plans and can even work with peoples budgets to deliver the best without underselling myself.

All mail is shipped on the second Tuesday and last Friday of every month. Shipping is optional and you can opt for just the HQ scan alone.

No, I don't do collabs in exchange for cheaper pricing. ( Yes, I've been asked this... a few times. )

When purchasing adoptable characters, please note I only do 72 hour ( 3 day ) holds, if the hold has been passed and payment hasn't been made I will reopen the adoptable for sale as usual.
Once sold, the character is 100% yours to change, grow, re-sell as you wish. All I ask is proper credit for original design and artwork drawn by me.
