By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service.

-I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason (usually because I'm not confident I can do your commission)
-Personal use only.
-You may not edit, claim artwork as yours, or make profit out of it.
-You are allowed to repost my artwork to other social media sites as long as you credit me and mention my deviantart link (https://www.deviantart.com/cherishedsouls) somewhere on the post.
-Please do not reupload my work to deviantart, even if you credit me. It's fine on your profile, but don't upload it to your gallery.
-I may post your finished commission to deviantart and other social media and may use your commission as an example for my commissions. If you're uncomfortable with this, let me know before I start working.
-The time I usually take to finish commissions is between 1 week to 3 months.
-If you need your commission by a specific date, please let me know when you order! If it is before my normal finishing time I may charge you a small fee.
-I need a clear, colored reference to work with. If you're asking for a full body, I expect a full body reference; if you're asking for a head shot, I can work with a head shot reference, etc.
-You can ask for a work-in-progress at any time, but please don't spam me.
-If you're unhappy with the result, I can make 1-3 minor changes. Any more small changes/a major change will be done for a small fee.
-I expect full payment upfront, within 48 hours of me responding to your initial request. If you fail to pay within this time without a good reason I will blacklist you. If you don't have the money, please don't waste my time.
-If you are paying with paypal, I will send you an invoice. If you are paying with points, please wait for me to give you instructions to pay! I may either set up a commissions widget or have you send them using the donation pool.
-Refund will be based on the amount of completion; if I did not start yet, you will get full refund.
-You will not receive a refund after the commission is finished.
-If you are not satisfied with your commission (but not because of mistakes on my part), I will not redo the entire thing. You will have to commission me again.
