Conditions of Use
We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you commissioning, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Copyright
Content that is produced by us is the property of Rakumi and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of Rakumi, with copyright authorship for this compilation by Rakumi. But as the customer buying it from us, they can use the product as long as they credited us as the artist. We won’t publish the product on our website and social media if the customer doesn’t let us to publish it. We will publish it in our website and social media with a credit to the customer for using our service.
Payment and Sketch Approval
After giving the detailed guide of commission, we will make sketch(s) in which the customer can revise or approve. When the sketch got the approval, customer can do the full payment of the commission and we are going to start to draw after we got the full payment.
Time of Service
We opt with no deadline. But we accept timed commission if it’s not urgently needed by our customer (>3 months).
Refunds
Full refunds can be done if we cannot finish the illustration.
Applicable Law
By using our service, you agree that the laws of the Indonesian Copyright Law, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Rakumi and you, or its business partners and associates.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of Indonesia and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
