AGREEMENTS

• Please read TOS
• Final piece will be in .PNG file
• Default size is 1200x1800 px - 300 dpi (suitable for postcard) / Let me know if you need the work in A6 size
• Apart from two sizes mentioned above ; price will be increased with bigger size
• Revision : not more than 3 times (or it will be charged)
• Please credit @pyabmxk
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio. * if you don't comfy with me posting them online, pls let me know.
• Shown prices are ONLY for personal use
• Please inform me if you're gonna use the artwork for commercial purpose

WORKING PROCESS

1. Contact me with your commission details
2. Get the sketch
3. Can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
4. See the update of your commissioned work (revision after sketching step can be done only with small details which doesn't effect the whole work)
5. Get the finished artwork

TOS

I, Pyabmxk (the artist)

• I don't do refunds, except I have not yet worked on your order.
• I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).
• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio

You (customer)

• You may use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
• You may print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (Pyamxk's) consent.
• For Personal usage : You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes; make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point, see price tier below

I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

PRICE TIERS

Sizes

• 1x price - A6 /postcard size
• 1.25x price - A5
• 1.5x price - A4
• bigger than A4, 300 dpi - still not available at the moment (if needed pls DM me for inquiry)

Commercial Use

• 2x price, you may use it commercially where the artwork ISN'T the bulk of the product (promotional art, covers, assets, etc.) and credit is required
• I mostly decline art commissions for commercial use where the artwork IS the bulk of the product (postcards, stickers, pins, etc.) but you can DM me for inquiry
