I have the rights to be able to decline or cancel orders.
If I am taking too long, ask me KINDLY about my where abouts on the commission. Do not be rude to me, I will cancel it.
-Payments are final, I will not give refunds unless I can't do the commission. I will not do this though unless I have a very good reason why I can not do this.
-You must pay 3 days (72 hours) after commission is confirmed. If not payed the commission will be dropped for someone else to take its place. I suggest you make sure you have all the money then.
-Art will not begin until payment is placed.
-I do not have deadlines on how long a commission may take. I may take up a month so be warned.

You can give me as many commissions as you want as long as you do the "commission type" and down separately. Then at the bottom you can put the total. Thank you.

-Commissions are not for commercial use by the Commissioner or anyone else, without proper written permission. Commissioning me (Mariah L. LeBlanc) means I have rights to the artwork, which payment means you have agreed to these terms. This includes, RPGs, Comics/ Books, Concept art, Character Designs, Prints and so on. Please respect me as an artist and ask for permission to use the commissioned art for any sort of commercial use. Proper credit would also need to be used in order for this agreement.
