GENERAL INFO
Due to real life commitments, commissions may take as long as 2-90 days, unless otherwise specified - the commissioner will be notified of any updates, delays and more information through email, social media, and the public Trello board for her commissions.
The commissioner must provide the artist with clear idea on how they want the piece to look, and to not leave the artist with a vague idea (i.e "Do what you feel will be best for the piece"). They must provide the artist with some kind of reference, and a detailed written description that can vary in length.
The artist has the right to refuse a commission, or cancel the commission and give a refund.
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
1.The pieces created by the artist are intended for Personal Use only. This means that the commissioner is only allowed to distribute the piece through their personal galleries or use for wallpapers and other forms of customization with the credit of the artist.
2.Because these pieces are Personal Use only, they cannot be used commercially in any other way
a. This means redistributing it, selling it as a print, used for advertisements, etc.
- Commissioned art is not to be edited, altered, or traced in anyway without the artist's permissions
a. This includes, but not limited to: removing artist's logo (eye on the top corners of the piece), having another artist alter the work, etc.
SUBJECT MATTER
The artist will not draw anything that is considered offensive, and will provoke a negative reaction towards people (e.g. Homophobia, Racism, Sexism, etc)
The artist draws light nudity, but does not draw pornography or other kinds of sexual content at the moment.
The artist can draw light gore and violence, but will not draw anything that suggests graphic and brutal scenes
(e.g. Self-harm, torture, murder and other graphic material)
The artist is willing to draw fanart for fictional illustrated characters. Any characters portrayed by actors or other real life personalities will be dealt in a case-by-case basis.
The artist is not best at drawing: anthro/animalistic characters (can draw animalistic features on humanoid figures, however), mechas and cars, and anything else she might deem difficult - these will be taken in a case by case basis.
PAYMENT AND REFUND
The artist works with a split-payment system: the commissioner will receive an initial progress report upon which they will then make the down payment of half the amount (e.g. 60/2 = 30). After the piece has been completed, the commissioner will pay the remaining balance.
Due to the nature of this payment method, and the fact that the artist has only received half the amount, the artist will not issue a full refund, but the commissioner has the option to decline paying for the rest of the piece if the commissioner is unsatisfied.
The artist will only give a refund if she has cancelled a commission, or the commissioner has violated the TOS.
An invoice will be sent via Paypal for all commissions.
CHANGE POLICY
The commissioner, in addition to their initial progress report, can request up to 3 progress reports from the artist.
The artist can make modifications to the work, under the circumstance that these changes will not affect the overall look of the piece.
If the commissioner requests for a major change in the piece however, than they will have to pay an additional fee to be determined based on complexity. The commissioner can only request two major changes. Minor changes, of course, are permitted indefinitely.
a. Major Changes: change in the posing of the character, change in the selection of color, change in wardrobe or hair, anything that has long passed the initial report progress/half payment stage
b. Minor Changes: changes in accessories/small items, small part of the image that needs alterations, small color changes, etc.
