The following rules must be followed for every commission :
You as the commissioner:
1. May upload work done for you anywhere with due credit to me.
2. May edit my work without permission for any non-commercial purposes.
3. May not reproduce the image on merchandise or make prints of my work for the purpose of selling it.
4. If you are reselling a character depicted in an image made for you, then the buyer may only purchase the reposting rights to the image. I still retain all copyright.
Me as the artist:
1. I retain the right to display any commissioned artwork online as advertisement, but you will be credited as the commissioner.
2. I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for self promotion.
Working process:
1. The time it will take for me to finish your commission will depend on the difficulty.
2. Major editing will only be undertaken during sketching; only minor edits may be done once coloring has begun.
3. References must be included with every commission requests.
4. I do not ordinarily work under rush deadlines; any such work shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis, and rates will likely be higher.
Payments:
1. Half of the payment sent after we both agree with the sketch. The rest of the payment can be sent once I already colored the art.
2. I do not give refunds, please think carefully before requesting the process and making your first payment.
Pricing:
1. All prices are non-negotiable.
2. I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. What I consider "complicated" is at my discretion.
3. Prices for extra characters cover up to three total characters. Any commissions involving more than four characters requires a custom quote.
4. The rates listed here are for commissions for personal use only; commissions for commercial use are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and have different rules and rates.
