Payment will be through Paypal.
Payments must be paid in full after the draft files have been confirmed & before any finished files are sent over from me.
I have the right to refuse any request that would make me uncomfortable.
I will not complete the commission until the submitted sketches are approved. So if you take too long to get back to me, please also expect to get your finished commission much later.
Revisions will only be accepted during the sketch phase.

Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
No refunds unless there's an error on my end.
Waiting time may vary depending upon what is requested. However, the actual turnaround will be up to 14 business days.
Please note that I have other clients and I will prioritize whoever pays first.
You can ask to be put on priority.
Rushed/priority commissions will be +50% of the original price.
You will have all rights to the work once completed. However, I will also use the files for advertising purposes only.
I am allowed to post my finished commissions. Please inform me immediately if you need it to be a secret!
Please do not harass me over any work being done. I work on a schedule and will process all my orders in order and at my own pace but within the time period stated above in section 8.
