— GENERAL TERMS
✦ Clients are expected to communicate clearly and respectfully throughout the commission process. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the commission.
✦ Clients must provide clear and detailed references for the desired commission. This includes character descriptions, pose preferences, and any specific details they would like to be incorporated into the artwork.
✦ Clients are encouraged to keep their communication organized and easy to follow. If there is a lengthy explanation or multiple points to discuss, consider breaking them into paragraphs with a blank line as a separator.
✦ By commissioning me, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Any changes to the terms will be communicated and must be agreed upon by both parties.

— ILLUSTRATION CONTENT

— PAYMENT
✦ Clients are advised not to send money until I instruct them to do so.
✦ I accept international and local payments. For international payments, I accept via Paypal and Wise in USD. For local payments, I accept via BCA, DANA, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, and sometimes Telkomsel credits if I need them.
✦ Payment is made after sketching except for Super Deformed/SD categories. Super Deformed payments are made before the project starts.
✦ The payment deadline is set at 24 hours. If the client fails to make the payment within this period, the commission will be canceled.
✦ Clients must provide proof of payment, such as a screenshot or notification from the e-wallet application confirming the received payment. This ensures a transparent and accountable transaction process. (Not required for this site)
✦ If clients have a clear reason, they can ask for more time to pay. The artist might extend the payment deadline from 24 to a maximum of 36 hours, depending on the reasons. Once the extra time is used, there won't be any more chances for extra time.

— REFUND
✦ Once payment has been received, clients relinquish the right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances.
✦ If the artist encounters unforeseen circumstances or is unable to fulfill the commission, the artist reserves the right to cancel the project and will issue a refund promptly.
✦ Clients hold the right to cancel the commission before making the payment. Once the payment is received, the transaction is considered final, and refund requests will not be entertained.
✦ The artist commits to transparency and will communicate promptly if any unforeseen circumstances arise that may impact the completion of the commission. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund.

— WORKFLOW PROCESS
✦ After receiving payment confirmation, I will commence the sketching phase. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and request revisions during this stage.
✦ Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed with the final artwork. Regular updates on the progress will be provided to ensure clients are informed throughout the creative process.
✦ Clients are entitled to a maximum of three major revisions during the sketching phase, specifically applicable to the sketch stage. Major revisions involve significant changes to the composition, pose, or overall structure.
✦ Minor revisions, focused on the refining process and lineart, are limited to a maximum of five revisions within reason. These revisions include adjustments to details, color choices, and other minor elements to ensure the client's satisfaction.
✦ The estimated completion time, communicated at the initiation of the commission, may vary based on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload. The range for completion is typically between one week to one month, depending on these factors. Any significant deviations from this timeframe will be communicated promptly to the client.

— COPYRIGHT
✦ The artist retains full copyright of the commissioned artwork, maintaining the right to display it in their portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
✦ Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for the commissioned artwork. Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
✦ If clients wish to negotiate commercial rights or exclusivity, such arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission process begins. Additional fees may apply for such purposes.
✦ The unauthorized copying, tracing, or reproduction of commissioned artwork through any means is strictly prohibited.
✦ Removal of the artist's signature or watermark from commissioned artwork is prohibited, ensuring proper attribution and recognition.
✦ Clients are required to credit the artist whenever they post the commissioned artwork, with a minimum requirement of mentioning the artist's name. The client shall not falsely claim authorship or creation of the artwork.
