Price may increase depending on the complexity of your request.

ME AS THE ARTIST

• I have the right to increase the base price, depending on the complexity of your request.

• I am okay with drawing mild gore/guro, and top nudity.

• I will not draw porn, heavy gore, mechas, animals other than cats, and a few other things; I will let you know if I cannot accept your request.

• If your commission price is below $30, I need payment upfront.

• For commissions priced $30 and above, the commission is not accepted until at least partial payment has been sent.

• The commission may be dropped if the commissioner fails to respond within 72 hours.

• I will not post the HD version of the image until it has been paid in full, and the commission has been marked as complete.

• I will email you the full sized image. Unless you tell me not to, I will post the lower quality on my social media accounts. (dA, FB, so on.)

  YOU AS THE COMMISSIONER

• You may upload work done for you anywhere as long as you credit to me and a link back to my profile (dA, FB, twitter, so on)

• You may cancel your commission at any time and a partial refund will be given to you, depending on how much I've done already.

• If I have not yet started the commission you will receive full refund.

• You may edit my work without permission as long as you still give me credit for the drawing. Again, link back to my profile.

• You may not reproduce the image on merchandise/products, and sell it. You are not allowed to use my work to gain profit.

• However merchandise/products created for personal use is allowed.
